What if my phone isn't in the list?
We have designed this site to work on the most popular phones, however new handsets are being released all the time so we can't guarantee that we support all phones. If your experience of the site isn't what you'd like, please email us at mobile@papajohns.co.uk with details of the phone you use.
I can't use this site - how can I order?
If you are near a PC, please visit www.papajohns.co.uk . Alternatively if you in London please call 08712 72 72 72.
I have placed an order, but haven't received confirmation. What can I do?
Orders placed on the mobile site will be confirmed with a text (SMS) message and an email. If you received NEITHER of these, then your order has not been processed, and you have not been charged for your order. If you haven't received a text message, please check your email.
I have received an order confirmation message, but my delivery hasn't arrived.
Please contact your store directly - their contact details will be in the confirmation email.
I would like to pay cash for my order, but that option isn't available. Why?
If this is your first order with www.papajohns.co.uk, you will be required to pay by credit card. Future orders will allow you to pay by cash.
I have a special offer code, but the site won't accept it.
Please ensure that you have entered the code correctly and that the code is still valid. If you believe that the code is valid, please contact customerservices@papajohns.co.uk.
There is no Papa John's store near me. Why not?
We're opening new stores all the time. If you send us an email to customerservices@papajohns.co.uk we'll let you know when your local store opens.
